Terms of Service

These Terms govern Pattern Atlas, provided by NaKrio OÜ (Astangu tn 62-49, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 12987520, “we”). By using the App you agree to them.
1. The service
Pattern Atlas is a decision journal and personal-experiment tool. You enter your own options, expectations, actions, and observations. The App visualises those entries and compares expectations with recorded outcomes. It does not predict future events or guarantee that a decision will succeed, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
2. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your entries and account security. Do not submit unlawful content, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer, resell, or use the App contrary to law. You may delete your account at any time through the App or our deletion page.
3. Subscriptions
- Premium features are offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- The price, period, and any trial are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation.
- Payment is charged to the store account. Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to the store’s terms.
- Manage, cancel, restore, and request refunds through the applicable store account and policy.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights to your entries. You grant only the limited rights necessary to provide features you request. The App, its design, software, and branding belong to us or our licensors; you receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.
5. Availability and liability
The App is provided “as is” and may change or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a particular outcome and are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on entries or summaries. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Changes, law, and contact
