Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how NaKrio OÜ (Astangu tn 62-49, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 12987520, “we”) processes personal data in the Pattern Atlas mobile application (“App”).

1. Data we process

Account data. Depending on the sign-in method, Firebase Authentication may process your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and a Firebase user identifier.
Your decision content. Decision questions, options, criteria, confidence, experiment hypotheses, actions, success measures, daily ratings, and notes are stored locally on your device. The active Pattern Atlas release does not upload this content to our servers.
Purchase status. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. Our authenticated verification service receives the transaction information needed to validate entitlement. We do not receive payment-card details.
Technical diagnostics. Release builds use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring. They may process crash traces, app and OS version, device model, installation identifier, memory state, request URL, response code, and timing. Decision content and account email are not intentionally added to diagnostic reports.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Account and entitlement data are processed to provide the service and perform our contract with you. Limited diagnostic data is processed for our legitimate interest in maintaining security, reliability, and performance. We do not use the data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Processors and transfers

Firebase Authentication, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring are provided by Google LLC. Payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. These providers process data under their terms, privacy policies, and applicable transfer safeguards.

4. Retention and deletion

Local decision content remains on the device until you delete it, delete your account through the App, clear the App data, or uninstall the App. Account data remains while the account exists. Diagnostic and transaction records are retained only as needed for reliability, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and purchase-validation obligations.

You can delete the account in Profile → Delete account and evidence or use our account deletion page. Subscription cancellation is handled separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

5. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to a supervisory authority (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

6. Children, security, and changes

The App is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards but no system is completely secure. We may update this Policy; the current version and date will remain available here.

Политика объясняет, как NaKrio OÜ (Astangu tn 62-49, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia, рег. код 12987520, «мы») обрабатывает персональные данные в приложении Pattern Atlas («Приложение»).

1. Какие данные обрабатываются

Аккаунт. В зависимости от способа входа Firebase Authentication может обрабатывать имя, email, фото профиля, провайдера входа и идентификатор Firebase.
Содержание решений. Вопросы, варианты, критерии, уверенность, гипотезы, действия, показатели успеха, ежедневные оценки и заметки хранятся локально на устройстве. Активная версия Pattern Atlas не загружает их на наши серверы.
Статус покупки. Платёж обрабатывает Apple App Store или Google Play. Наш защищённый сервис получает сведения о транзакции, необходимые для проверки доступа. Данные банковской карты мы не получаем.
Техническая диагностика. Release-версии используют Firebase Crashlytics и Performance Monitoring: возможна обработка стека сбоя, версий приложения и ОС, модели устройства, идентификатора установки, состояния памяти, URL запроса, кода ответа и времени. Мы намеренно не добавляем содержание решений и email в отчёты.

2. Цели и правовые основания

Данные аккаунта и доступа нужны для предоставления сервиса и исполнения договора. Ограниченные диагностические данные обрабатываются в законном интересе поддержания безопасности и стабильности. Реклама и межсервисное отслеживание не применяются.

3. Обработчики

Firebase Authentication, Crashlytics и Performance Monitoring предоставляет Google LLC. Платежи обрабатывает Apple Inc. или Google LLC согласно их условиям и политикам.

4. Хранение и удаление

Локальные записи остаются на устройстве до удаления аккаунта через Приложение, очистки данных или удаления Приложения. Аккаунт хранится, пока он существует. Диагностические и транзакционные сведения хранятся только в объёме, необходимом для стабильности, закона, налогового учёта, защиты от мошенничества и проверки покупки.

Удалить аккаунт можно в Profile → Delete account and evidence либо через страницу удаления. Подписка отменяется отдельно в Apple App Store или Google Play.

5. Ваши права

Согласно GDPR и применимому праву вы можете запросить доступ, исправление, удаление, ограничение, возражение или перенос данных и обратиться в надзорный орган (в Эстонии — Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

6. Дети, безопасность и изменения

Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет. Мы применяем разумные меры защиты, но абсолютная безопасность не гарантируется. Актуальная версия и дата Политики всегда доступны здесь.
