Delete your account and data
The fastest method is in the App: open Profile → Delete account and evidence and confirm. This removes the Firebase authentication account and the locally stored Decision Canvas, experiment, and evidence entries from the device.
Request deletion without the App
Email schackelaleks@gmail.com from the address used for the account with the subject “Pattern Atlas account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We process verified requests within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
What may remain
Apple App Store or Google Play manages subscription and transaction records under its own policy. We may retain the minimum records required by tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and other legal obligations. Cancelling or deleting the account does not itself cancel a store subscription; manage it in your store account.

В приложении откройте Profile → Delete account and evidence. Без доступа к приложению отправьте письмо с адреса аккаунта на schackelaleks@gmail.com с темой “Pattern Atlas account deletion”. После подтверждения владения запрос будет обработан не позднее 30 дней. Подписка отменяется отдельно в Apple App Store или Google Play.
