Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the app Natal Chart Astrology on Google Play (package tech.schackel.soulmap, also known as Pattern Atlas, formerly SoulMap). The app is published by the developer Cheapcarrent company (legal entity Nakrio OU, Estonia, registry code 12987520).
The fastest method is in the App: open Profile → Delete account (shown as “Delete account and evidence” in Pattern Atlas) and confirm. This removes the Firebase authentication account (name, e-mail, profile picture) and the data stored locally on the device: birth details, settings, Decision Canvas, experiment, and evidence entries.
Request deletion without the App
Email schackelaleks@gmail.com from the address used for the account with the subject “Pattern Atlas account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We process verified requests within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
What may remain
Apple App Store or Google Play manages subscription and transaction records under its own policy. We may retain the minimum records required by tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and other legal obligations. Cancelling or deleting the account does not itself cancel a store subscription; manage it in your store account.
